"Staff were horrible! They do not answer phones and left us waiting at the airport with no shuttle. At the property there no answer call when we call for help. I forgot something at the property so I called to have them check on lost and found the receptionist said she’ll check and call me back but that is a week ago. Do not expect any service at this property!"

"Nasty walls. Nasty vents. Awful."

"My stay here was very disappointing due to several issues: No Drinking Water: There was no drinking water available in the room or property. Unpleasant Odor: The room/property had a persistent, terrible smell throughout my stay. Poor Breakfast: The breakfast quality was very poor and lacked good options. Overall, it was a bad experience, and I will not be returning."
