"The room was clean and comfortable; however, the lighting was very dim. There was a need for more or brighter lights. The breakfast was good but could have been better. There needed to be more food choices available. The staff was pleasant and helpful."

"Great staff"

"Staff was friendly and the room was spacious and clean. BIG drawbacks were the front doors have no automation- not sure how that is ADA compliant. Have to try to hold them open and drag luggage through two sets of doors. Next, there is not an elevator. I had to drag two suitcases, my briefcase and purse up the stairs to the second floor. Fortunately, I can make a few trips and successfully do this, but it would not be safe for someone with issues with balance or strength."

"Room super clean and beautiful property!"

"Loved the stay here as well as the friendly staff. Jamie who had helped us check in was very friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Location was very dog friendly. Our room was very clean, quiet and had a beautiful scene of nature. Nice place to choose for a quiet get away stay."

"Beautiful old home, clean, very comfortable bed, nice breakfast. The only downside was a shared bathroom with 3 rooms. Expedia didn't show that, we wouldn't have booked it if we knew. Very nice host."

"We had a wonderful stay at Queen of the Catskills! The home is beautiful, with incredibly comfortable rooms and beds, set on a lovely, secluded property that feels peaceful and relaxing. Breakfast was fantastic, and the whole experience was exactly what you hope for from a true, down-to-earth B&B. The hosts were so friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a cosy Catskills getaway!"

"Very clean, great location and accommodating owner. Short walk to slopes!"

"The company that manages this property cancelled my stay... I am Canadian and traveling for business. My bank flagged the original transaction as suspicious (since the transaction was in the USA while I was physically in Canada). I got things sorted with my bank and called the property management company to explain and pay for my stay. The phone operator was comprehensive of my situation and I got to send the FULL payment to complete the transaction (got emails and stuff confirming the...
