"The tv is mounted too high on the wall. The unit i had sleeps four but the lounge is it best for 3. Another comfy chair would be great. These 2 changes would be great especially when conditions outside do not allow outdoor activities.
A few cushions outdoor on chairs would be great as well."
"The room was a great size and comfortable. The property is very dated and tired, but it is functionally fine, especially for a short stay. We had a small issue with out room and the staff were EXCELLENT at fixing it immediately for us, despite it being after hours. Cannot fault their handling of the situation. As brand new owners they were very apologetic, however it was out of everyone's control. what was in their control is how they handled it, which was perfect. A credit to the property!"
"The room could be cleaner as I found a dead spider on the wall where I placed my luggage. Also the floor wasn’t spotless and the bathroom could be cleaner. I personally asked for EV charger with the receptionist when I checked in and been told not to worry as I will get the spot however upon returning to the motel later, the spot was occupied by a non EV vehicle. Note that the charger is 2.1kw charger and you don’t need any app to use it."
"The property is clean and well appointed. We liked the additional space offered, with the comfortable lounge, dining and well appointed kitchen down stairs and the 2 bedrooms (we used one) and the bathroom upstairs. It’s also great to have parking next to the unit. The location in a quieter part of Port Macquarie, but close to beaches is good."
"Self-check-in made our drive down easy and stress-free. The room was exactly as pictured online, clean, cosy and comfortable. The owners were friendly and accommodating, with great local recommendations. We loved the quiet location, proximity to eateries and Port Macquarie, and would happily stay again."
