It started as a 1star very noisy no windows and a gap at the door. However I had a good night sleep and the staff in the morning was very courteous so I will give 3.5 stars

The staff were friendly but we just couldn’t get past the noise. We had travelled a long way and had a big day of travel following and we were kept awake by someone blowing party whistles and stopping and banging on the wall. It was near impossible to settle our 3 children.

See above!

Run down and so very cramped. No utensils or toaster provided, no hair drier. Fridge froze everything including milk provided, cockroaches running around, needs a total refurb and re stock. Looks nothing like the photos provided, disgusting for $147, should’ve been $90 tops, less than budget!
