Everything else in this Hotel it's just Awful, Bad Customer Service from the rest of the staff, dirty walls, no illumination on the hall to get to my room, the elevators makes some weird noises, the breakfast wasn't good enough, etc"

I order a pizza then your staff is banging on my door blaming for letting people in to the hotel. You get an 3 out of 5 from me Simply because you're a bed was so phenomenal. The room was freezing and the heating doesn't work well and it doesn't go high enough for a comfortable setting for me. Emphasize the word for me. Each gust is different and hester own...
