"We have been staying at this hotel since it opened and have always found it excellent in all respects. However this time all else was fine but our room was not properly cleaned. There was a lot of long hair in our bathroom especially near the tub. There were pieces of chocolate and smarties under the bed and by the chair by the window as well as dirt. The room was obviously not cleaned properly."
