"Super clean hotel and friendly staff. Good location, few minutes walk to the lake and 20 min walk to Laguna. Excellent funicular nearby, fab views from there. Really good bus service to Laguna or other places which is free with a Ticino card (available at the hotel) We went to Morcote village on the bus which is definitely worth a visit. "

"Unfortunately we arrived in the dark during a thunderstorm, and parking was not easy. It's a very steep driveway leading to two different parking lots with virtually no space to turn around. All that said, the room was comfy despite some harsh pin lights in the floor shining upwards that we placed shoes over to "dial down", the check-in staff was friendly, and the views from the pool area were beautiful. Hopefully I can return when it's not raining and use the pool."

"Hotel conviniently close to train station. About 10 minute walk to lake. Staff very nice and helpful. Rooms serve the purposes but not fanccy. Nice to have good AC in july heat. Decent breakfast "

"Great location, very walkable into Como centre and for Train station. Good size room, clean and tidy. Shame windows were covered in huge shutters which made being in the room a bit claustrophobic."
