" Ok for the money"

"The first room we got assigned had no towels, a dirty shower and missed pillow cases. The reception said that housekeeping couldn’t come back to clean and we were assigned another room. It appeared that it was cleaned but the airconditioning wasn’t working in this room. This property is old, not maintained (leaking air conditioning in the hallways) or cleaned (dirty carpets) . Staff didn’t even care when I told them I had a terrible stay upon check out. They just smiled. When paying 300 Euros...

"The hotel is one of the best we have stayed in at that price. Clean, tidy, friendly, great breakfast, large rooms, superb shower and bathroom, reasonably close to the centre of Deauville and Trouville-sur-Mer, the only drawback was the location in a commercial/industrial area although this did not present a significant problem. Would definitely stay here again."

"Standard ibis. Room as expected. Clean with comfortable bed and linens. Excellent central location. Lidl only a few minutes walk along Marina and river. Historic sights easy walking distances. Train about 20 min. "
