"We had a lovely room with high ceilings and a large comfortable bed. The small sofa in front of the TV was welcome. The staff were helpful and we had a good experience on our one night there."

Spoilt a little as we stayed previously and didn't have to pay for the pool etc. This time however we did as we booked through Expedia, although we tried to book direct there was no room availability. I think it should be as it says on the best western website,if your a resident then it's all included."

Light very bright when opening door overnight. Or second switch inside bathroom. Bottle of water waiting in room very good idea. Staff professional and pleasant. Good quality breakfast. "Could not fault the spacious room, bed, coffee making facilities, cleanliness or the en suite. Only issue was the ignorant group of foreigners shouting, laughing and up & down the stairs till gone 02:10 in the morning. "

"Absolutely fine, was welcomed by a thoroughly nice chap who checked us in etc. Room was up in the rafters but was nice, comfortable bed and a magnificent bathtub. Spent an hour in the bar and enjoyed that, drinks were reasonable price and it seemed to be quite full. Had to leave at 06:00 to catch ferry so didn’t eat breakfast. Only negative was the toilet seat was quite loose and I felt a little uneasy sitting on the pan, expecting it to slip off at any second. Absolute not a show-stopper...

"Great stay in this unique place. Clean and comfortable room. Friendly welcome. Breakfast adequate. I booked the single room and the shower/bathroom/toilet combo was a bit wonky there-made for a slippery floor. Recommended nonetheless!"
