"Really nice property, great restaurants and the staff was top notch!!!"

"The place was perfect for a brief stay before our flight, as it is conveniently located near the airport and offers a free shuttle. The driver was very helpful and made our arrival in Kigali smooth and easy."

"The staff were so friendly and attentive. We stayed three different nights during our 10 days in Rwanda and they remembered us, gave us the room we liked best, did our laundry (for a cost) but kept it for us until we returned. The food was delicious and a varied menu. The shower was hot and had pressure. The air conditioning worked well. We would stay here again"

They fixed the phone in my room, helped unlock my safe after I forgot the password 😅, and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend Kim Hotel and would happily stay here again."

The hotel advertises breakfast, but upon arrival, I was told it was not included because the room rate was already “cheap enough.” The room was dusty, and staff took days to clean it after being asked. They also expressed displeasure that I paid through Expedia instead of directly at the hotel, repeatedly complaining about Expedia’s commission. As a guest, I should not have to deal with constant complaints about their booking arrangements. Management ignored my attempts to...
