"Lovely hotel. In a fantastic location right by the entrance of Yorkshire Wildlife Park. Worth paying the extra for a room at the back looking out over the Maned Wolves and Lar Gibbons. We loved watching the animals from our room. Beds were comfy, shower was great and the toiletries smelt lovely.
Very friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Was also a reasonable price unlike other zoo hotels which can cost £1000s. (We went midweek in September when the schools have...

Food great staff fantastic however could do with some talc with decor and put you up bed only suitable to hold 2year old.
Would benefit from an upgrade"
"We were staying here because mum was in hospital nearby and we live four hours away. Staff were very friendly about last minute extension of our stay. Rooms are kept clean as long as you remember to put the little sign out, otherwise staff are very helpful if you need anything."

I stayed in one of the suites and the room was very clean and had everything in that I needed for my 2 night stay. Loads of parking available. Bar was nice and the food I had in the bar was really nice. Would highly recommended and would definitely stop again. Thanks again to all the staff and again to Natalie who was...
"I was only passing through for work but was a decent place to stay staff were very nice and helpful. Is definitely on the less modern holiday inn spectrum and could do with a bit of a make over bit it was quiet and comfortable"
"Lovely family run property with character. Large car park across the road £6.50 for 24 hrs (hotel has small carpark at back). Ideal walking distance for Racecourse and town centre."
