"The room was disappointing for the money charged. Sheets on bed were too small so we asked for another. It was delivered unfolded and discovered it was dirty when we put it on the bed. Did not have a good night sleep feeling we were sleeping with unwashed sheets. Used washroom at street level and discovered no toilet paper in either stall (after it was too late) so had my wife retrieve some from the women's washroom. There was only one very small part roll there as well. We always stay at...

"The ONLY problem we had about the room was the blackout curtain didn’t actually cover the whole window. It couldn’t reach the width so the sun was shining in early in the morning when we really wanted to blackout the room and have a good sleep in. So that was rather annoying. Hence why the three stars."
