Fairly clean. Hosts were very kind and upgraded my room due to a very long stay. Bathroom had smells of sewage likely due to plumbing and one of the cooktops in the kitchen was not working. Other than that, a decent place to stay.

We loved our stay here. Very easy drive to the beach and about 15 -20 mins walk to both neutral bay and Mosman shops. Parking during the day is tricky if you want to park on the street close by, but we we found

Great little studio with absolutely everything you could need. Easy check in with friendly staff who were ever so helpful and on hand when required. Brilliant location, you can walk everywhere with taxis and bus stops only seconds outside the door. We chose undercover parking which was also super convenient - just a great place all around.
