"The property a was great except for a couple of minor things. We were on the third floor and carrying luggage up and down the spiral stairs wasn't fun and the shower was not very roomy. Other than that we loved our room with an outside patio view of Old Chania. The gentleman (I forgot his name but he either owns it or ran it) that checked us in was extremely friendly and informative. We would definitely stay there again if/when we ever go back to Chania. "

"The view from our windows over the curving harbour of Chania was outstanding! Many photos were taken of the water and shore sites and activities of this beautiful scene! Georgio and Teresa were wonderful hosts. Georgio helped us up to the top floor with our heavy luggage and then spent quite a bit of time describing best restaurants for various meals and times day. He is quite proud of Chania and Helena Hotel. We had a wonderful time and look forward to staying at the Helena Hotel next time...
