"We stayed 5 nights at this Hotel and it was ok. The staff is very friendly and the rooms are clean. However, we would not consider this a 4-star hotel (but rather a 3-star), nor a resort (no gym, only one small restaurant, no lounge area etc.). "I didn’t spend any night there because the owner told me to cancel my booking and pay cash. So I told her I was going to contact help center desk as I can’t pay for the place while I made an online payment . She asked how I will help her if I stayed. I said I was not staying as the place looked so hazardous and Unclean . No wifi and electricity. I opted to stay at kivuline which was great. I liked it 7/10. Great hospitality and clean.
