"Close to the airport with a low cost shuttle bus
Hotel needs to be refreshed. Flooring in corridors and rooms is worn.
Check in took a while but the staff member was helpful when we did get to check in"
"Great stop for one night before flying home. Restaurant was fabulous, staff friendly and room clean. Our only issue was getting there. We could not find a direct train from Milan so we took a taxi."
"Wonderful lakeside location, away from the main Stresa hotels, but by a ferry terminal. Pleasant well organised breakfast buffet - but no kettle or fridge in the room."
"I LOVED the breakfast, the cleaners came everyday to refill shampoo, soap, and provide new towels. Other than being a distance from Milan, it’s a great hotel. If you are traveling to Milan with a car, I highly recommend staying here!"
"The front desk staff was excellent. The location is excellent. My room had a fantastic view of the lake.
There was a small metal sewing pin in the middle of the counter of my bathroom when I arrived. This made me think perhaps the cleaners didn’t do the most thorough job. There was also a stain on the carpet in the middle of the lobby.
Bottom line: You get what you pay for. If you want a cheap hotel with nice staff and a great location, stay here. If you want a perfect hotel or any sort of...
"Friendly staff
Room basic but comfortable although beds quite firm.
Toilet cistern dripping water all night and needed replacing.
We informed the staff regarding this.
Mirror and shower tiles needed a good scrub.
Ok for a quick night before a flight and a lot cheaper than surrounding airport hotels"
