"What a TERRIBLE HOTEL. DO NOT STAY HERE. they won't bring you any towels during the duration of your stay and just say "we are totally out" when you ask for one. They give you one small toilet paper for a 5 day stay and when we asked for more there was major attitude. They gave literally only 1 more roll. The rooms are disgusting old and falling apart. "The hotel was good and clean but their policy for checking in was a bit strange. They insisted on taking all passports and keeping a copy. This was particularly difficult after a long trip with kids and a large group. We had to wait a long time for everyone to arrive and hand over their passports. The staff were slow and didn’t seem to consider our situation with sleeping children."
