Very pleasant staff ! Nice hotel, walking distance to the Republic square, National Museum of Armenia, Opera theatre. I enjoyed staying at Ani Central Inn. My room was clean. Good as well sauna and swimming pool, although might be crowed at times.

The breakfast was plentiful and simple. THE coffee machine was not enough especially fro. 7.30 to 8.30 with so many tourists. The reception space was very ample and high. The reception ceiling reached the top level so you could heard the shouting of people around. I did not use the pool or the sauna. The room was large with a small Frigo'. Great hotel staff . Always helpful!

I Have been to Yerevan multiple times and this hotel is definitely the best especially for its price. Everything was near by, the reception were very helpful, the cleanliness by housekeeping everyday was perfect. Suren especially was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

I booked this hotel for my mother from the USA. As you can see in their advertisements on different websites it has a pool and sauna. However, they requested an extra charge for using these amenities. Moreover, they gave her a much smaller room on a lower floor and she was told that the upper floor needs an extra charge. The hotel is not soundproof, near the highway with regular windows and thin walls. She ended up paying more to move to another room. It seems that the hotel has also two different lobbies and two different arms and based on your ethnicity they decide which part of the hotel you can be accommodated in.

We loved the staff, pool and breakfast at this hotel but there were a couple of things that were disappointing about our stay and therefore we would not stay again. The property and SUPERIOR room were advertised as having air conditioning. However the aircon was not working at all, it was stifling. When I complained to reception about the aircon not working the receptionist said its normal as it doesn't work. We were not offered a change of room nor a fan. The weather was 28 degrees in May, and as we were on the top floor the room was unbearable. We had to sleep with the windows open and of course, being on a main road meant that the noise was constant through the night so we barely slept. I cant imagine what it will be like in July and August. I booked this hotel for the amenities it advertised (aircon!).

Min vistelse var bra ,Hotel personal ordnade privat taxi från flygplatsen. Vi betalade som vi kom överens, bilen var bra och rent. När vi checkade ut, ordnade de taxi som var inte rent inuti, säkerhet bälte fungerade inte. Frukosten var bra, men det saknas färska bröd och juice var inte alls kallt.
