"The hotel was big and had so many amenities, loved the overall experience. The parking is abit tight thought you are close to everything. Restaurants are close and walkable everywhere."

"Residence Inn accommodations were excellent, especially for mobility access and amenities of the suites. Hotel was also perfect for proximity to PNC Park and the many restaurants and pubs in the Pittsburgh North Shore area."

"I called down to the front desk to ask if there was a good Italian restaurant within walking distance. She took a few minutes to answer, then said she didn’t really know any except for like two pizza places. Then I asked if there were any nicer restaurants, like for a date night. Then she said she wasn’t really familiar with the area, so she had no idea. She said she would call back after she asked around, but she never did. "

"The convenience of having the Marriott next to arena was great. Access from the parkway off the exit was simply the best . Decreases the travel time and eliminates stress in avoiding city traffic. The staff at the hotel were very nice and check in efficient and took very little time. The hotel room was old and could use a face lift . It was very clean .! All in all it was a great experience staying at this hotel site. "

"This was an unexpected treat. I took my 15 year old daughter and three friends to see a concert and this was just a place to crash. The double queen room on the sixth floor was spacious, clean, and crisp. The “sofa bed” (my bed) was actually a larger L-shaped couch that was partially divided from the other beds. I could have pulled it out but it was big enough as is. -I slept like a rock. Every staff member was professional and genuine. The complimentary breakfast was the BOMB.- Like a Sunday...

"Our room was newly remodeled. However the facility needed an outside remodel and clenaing 1st. Bathroom counter was dirty. But the rest of the room was clean. Parking lot didn’t feel very safe."

"Property is going through renovation maintenance, be mindful of that. We did get an email from the property a day before arrival. But would have likely affect our decision to stay there if we know in advance. TV was not working, an engineer was sent over, but could not fix the issue. Told us he would be back during our absence so we were not bothered, but when we got back at night, TV was still not working. Person in the front desk was very helpful and gave us a new room. Traveling with a child...
