"This resort seems to cater primarily to locals, which may appeal to some travelers, but it was not the experience we expected. The biggest issue was the constant waiting. The single beach bar regularly had 15–20 minute lines, and the buffet was crowded with long waits for food. Cleanliness and supervision in the buffet area were also concerning, with guests and children frequently handling food with their hands. The pool areas and beach were disappointing. "Clean room and property! Ninfa at the front desk was absolutely great! Great location away from the noisier side of town. The only thing that wasn’t so great was the lack of hot water for showering. Sometimes there would randomly be a few minutes of hot water."

"It was a perfect location close enough to walk everywhere. Very quiet at night we had breakfast there one morning it was really good. The green juice was amazing made fresh for every glass you order. The pool was great a little dated but it served the purpose. The WiFi is not great at all and the past comments about the hot water are true but It’s not horrible."
