"What a wonderful stay. This is a beautiful hotel yet affordable. Valet and front desk were very welcoming. Room was beautiful and very comfortable. Excellent shower and amenities. Great bed and pillows. Short walk to the Rock and Roll hall of fame, which was great as well. Highly recommend. "

"The entire staff at the hotel were wonderful. Jenn in the restaurant was amazing. The front desk staff were helpful, knowledgeable and very pleasant. The Valet staff were efficient and very helpful and always pleasant. Housekeeping was very quick to meet any and every need. Would recommend this property to friends and family."

"It took 15 minutes to check in because the guy checking me into our room decided to pull out his cell phone and respond to a text in the middle of the process. The printer took forever to print the receipt so I had to wait for that, took another 2 min just for them to activate the room keys. The left elevator was not able to go to the 5th floor so only one elevator to our room for the length of the stay. The glass at the entrance was broken. At least our room seemed to be clean but the air...

"The property was extremely convenient for a concert we attended at Brown’s stadium. There were lots of dining options just a short walk away from the hotel."
