"When we arrived at 7:15pm, they didn't have our room ready for another hour and a half. The "manager" at the front desk said that they needed to find housekeeping to do an 'emergency' clean to get us the room we booked. It was 7:15pm...shouldn't the room have been already cleaned and waiting? The front desk staff was overwhelmed (I wasn't the only person having an issue) and nasty. "Outstanding Staff - very kind and helpful. Extraordinarily high ceilings in my room (have never seen that before), auto-control sheer and black-out curtains and super-DOOPER location, And And a very nice breakfast in a lovely seating venue made my stay oh so exceptional."

"We loved the suite. The room was very clean. The beds we’re comfortable. The office staff was very friendly. The only disappointing thing was the pool. It is very small. There were a bunch of kids that were not being properly supervised by parents. I realize this is no fault of the hotel, but it made our experience disappointing."
