"Its was freezing cold...the bedding was so insufficient for the climate in Taranaki lots of snow on the mountain so they didn't accommodate for that...the AC rattled & warmth was at a minimum...there was no hot water the system had broken down Ibwentbto see the manager she wasnt available when we checked out...i left my number no responce as yet. So bad... I am expecting a refund of some kind but i cant reach the people so 🤔🤔"

Location and value for money but will be better if host wasn’t rude and short with people. Felt like she was very judging towards me and my friend when we gave her nothing but respect "

"Beautiful location on the mountain, walk out the door and onto the trails. Quaint, rustic, comfortable, an open fire each night and delicious home cooking made for a relaxing stay. Dean and the staff really looked after us. A great two nights away."
