"Do not expect to stay in a luxary hotel. It is a very simple hotel with great location. During 4 days stay in Munich, I walked everywhere and the metro, train station is one minute walk. The central train station is also 10 minute walk. They serve breakfast for 15 Euro. Great location for first time visitors "

"This is a clean, quiet, safe hotel. It was a spacious room for Europe. Only complaint would be the stairs. It says there is an elevator and there is but you have to take several steps to get to it. Six steps to get to reception, 10 to get to the elevator then stops between floors so you have to go up or down 10 stairs to your room. So if you are like me who travels heavy it’s a pain with suite cases. It was very clean and breakfast was good. "

"I read other reviews on this hotel and was concerned with comments that you have to self checkin and that there was a bar downstairs but there is actually a hotel receptionists to check-in with and the bar is actually a restaurant with a small bar area. Not noisy at all. The neighborhood is noisy because there are a lot of hotels and restaurants in the area but we thought that was ok to be so close to the historic district and train station. "

"Good value for a city centre hotel, close to Hauptbahnhof Station and Marienplatz. Not the most salubrious area of the city, but it was fine. Our room was functional, very clean and comfortable, (pillows a bit soft) bathroom small but a powerful shower. Breakfast buffet is not huge but there's a good selection and it was topped up regularly. All the staff were helpful and friendly. All in all, a clean, comfortable, no frills hotel, very convenient base from which to explore Munich. I would stay...

"This was a good hotel overall. Friendly staff, good location across the street from the main train station for food options. Only negative factors was that it was loud due to the street noise (not the hotel's fault) and there isn't any air conditioning. The rooms do have ceiling fans and they also provide two additional fans in the room as well to help offset this. The weather wasn't extremely hot when we visiting at the end of April but i could see it being a problem in the warmer weather...

"Great location. Public transportation right outside the door. Plenty of shopping and restaurants. Great breakfast, clean room. Train station in walking distance. Bed was a little soft for me but not uncomfortable."
