"Unfortunately, our two-week stay was quite disappointing, mainly due to the food and poor organisation.
The biggest problem was that there simply wasn’t enough food for all the guests. The menu was very limited at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. At first, we thought we were arriving too late, but even when we started coming earlier, there was still not enough food and very little choice. We have stayed at many hotels in Zanzibar, and we have never experienced anything like this before. I find...
"Relaxed beyond words during our stay @ Blue Reef. This place is a vibe…chill. Luxuries abound in our rooms (we stayed in the apartment). So much space for our family of 4 to really spread out and regroup after a week of safari in northern Tanzania. Snorkeling right from the hotel was perfect for the kids. The breakfasts were spot on for everyone in our group of picky eaters to find their favorites…GREAT COFFEE!!! The staff is laid back and welcoming while also taking care of business. We’ll be...
"We loved everything about this hotel.. our beutiful room with monkeys in the trees right outside our bungalow..
The hotel is nice and quiet. The staff is so smiling and helpful. The beach outside is perfect. And in the evening you can walk to paje ang take a cheap tuk tuk back to the hotel.
Next time we go to zanzibar. Are we staying at this hotel.."
"We had a amazing time, food and facilities were up to the best standard.
Service was also excellent, very clean and positive staff! Highly recommended from us!"
"An absolute gem — Kizikula was one of the highlights of our trip and easily one of the best boutique hotels we’ve ever stayed at.
Our room was stunning, beautifully designed, and filled with thoughtful little details. Everything was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. You can really feel the care that has gone into every aspect of the property.
The staff were exceptional — warm, welcoming, and genuinely thoughtful. They went above and beyond throughout our stay, and no...
