"Hotel was very nice and the staff were really nice too. The lock on our door worked but was stiff. I personally found the bed in room 108 uncomfortable and the room was cold, despite turning the heating up. Other than this it was good. "

The only problem that I had was, I ordered a pizza from room service that was marked up as being hand made with chicken, choretho and halepinos. The pizza that was delivered was an obvious one that you can buy cheaply from Tesco's. It had a stuffed crust filled with tomato sauce, that was not on the menu and no halepinos. "Noise from within the hotel during the night. Thin walls? When the fire alarm sounded in the night, guests gathered at the front of the hotel. It was quite some time before any staff appeared to offer guidance and explanations. The 'Deluxe Queen Room' on arrival was nothing like the picture when booked. The lack of a shower was strange: the bath mixer taps were extremely temperamental."
