"I was on foot so about 15 minute walk from Station with no straight path not great. If staying for Como the last train out is 10pm & taxis expensive. Hotel is fine, with a big car park so good if on driving tour of area."

"Great location, great staff, great hotel! No complaints, we had a wonderful stay with a beautiful view :)"

"Our room was basic but comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful with our questions about things to do and navigating local transportation options. Our stay included a breakfast buffet offering fresh fruits, pastries, meats, cheeses and fresh breads. Very tasty."

"Solamente hemos estado una noche pero el hotel espectacular, el personal cercano y muy agradable. Nos han hecho la estancia perfecta!! Recomendable 100% Destaco también el desayuno."

Like no options, fruits are not fresh at all, one of the fruit was rotten and they did not even bother to remove it ! The next day it was still there. The second day we did not have hot water, all of a sudden was broken. Also one of the staff like an elderly man in his 50’s is always scowled, and answers abruptly. Looked unhappy !
