Staff is also amazing here - they are not only very helpful but so kind - my mom has dietary/health restrictions so she wanted to heat up her own food and they were so accommodating. "Stayed in the the Junior suit with a balcony and beautiful view. The staff is so friendly and helpful like a big family! Typical Italian rustic style but very charming hotel. Lucca only about 8 minutes away by car. Will come back again! Breakfasts are the same every day which is a bit boring . We would like to have more options like a fruit salad / soft fruit and tomatoes and eggs to choose from. Other than that - lovely place to stay. Thank you all for looking after us . "This was the perfect way to end our trip, with our young family as we spent pretty much the whole day in the pool! There isn't a great deal directly around the resort, so make sure you've stocked up on food before you arrive....although, it's not far to drive into Pisa if you need supplies! Staff we very helpful and welcoming!"

"Easy checkin and checkout, reception staff good. Breakfast had plenty of choice. Shower cubicle a bit of a tight squeeze. Room temperature too hot and unable to adjust. A few min walk to a supermarket and another 10 min to restaurants in town."

"I was disappointed to find out that this hotel was tucked away in an awkward location. I read that it was a 15 min walk from the leaning tower of Pisa but it is actually a 15/20 minute drive instead. There is a bus stop fairly close by that tou can walk to but this only runs once an hour. The rooms are very basic but this is expected for the price however they are clean and comfortable. The pool area was disappointing as it looks nicer in the pictures than actually there. Lots of flies in the...

"We loved Santori N15. Excellent location easily walkable with rolling cases from the station. Beautiful inside - just stunning. We had the Puccini room and very grand it was too. Caterina could not have been more helpful, sorting luggage, breakfast in our room and restaurant bookings. This is such a lovely place to stay and close to all the main attractions! Tourist information in the square near the station hires electric scooters to whizz around the city walls! Do consider staying here for...
