"Well located if you have an early flight out of North Term. If you fly from South Term then you can get the transit but I’d probably stay South as there are more facilities landside. Room was clean but it was really hot. Bed was ok but the pillows were thin, soft and pointless. Very quiet room, good shower. Breakfast is complementary and pretty decent"

"Nice little stay for a last-minute pick-up from Gatwick. Lovely place with huge character and the staff were great"

"Worst hotel ive ever stayed in Room was like a squat Spiders on ceiling Dirt everywhere Wanted to go home but stuck in storm left as soon as we could"

"Second time staying here and so convenient for Chessington, free breakfast and helpful staff"

"Great stay by the airport. Not the hotel's fault but the shuttle never in the morning. Had to walk to the terminal."

"Everything was OK"

"Absolute find. Free tea and coffee. Comfy beds. Great fun experience for an 11 year old on the eve of an early start holiday and was cheaper than a cab and avoided quite such an early start. I love airports anyway - they give me a buzz - and this is like slipping down a rabbit hole out of it into a secret bunker. Well worth it."

"Room fine for motorway stop over. Never usually bother doing reviews but wanted to note the excellent customer service be reception desk woman late evening 22nd Oct. She was helpful, friendly and just genuinely chatty."
