"Clean rooms, staff were great and friendly. What lets it down is breakfast. Tasteless and basic."

"Lovely stay. Spacious room"

"We'll positioned for railway station and RailAir services to Heathrow."

"Good points: Breakfast was a very good mix of cooked food, cereals, fruit, pastries etc with a decent coffee machine and juice. All help yourself. The swimming pool, while not large, was heated to a decent temperature and the same depth throughout…good for kids. It could have benefitted from having a few hotel-provided floatation devices and the showers turned off very quickly, but the shampoo and shower gel provided were also decent quality. Bad/improvement points: Booked a room with a sofa-bed...

"The property had a terrible smell. The whole hotel looked like it was not renovated for centuries. The bathroom had an awful smell when we flushed the toilets. I would not stay or recommend this hotel. Breakfast was average. We stayed for two nights, but in hindsight should have checked out immediately as the standards were really poor. Luckily we had some friends with us so could share the pain. We spent most of the time in the services at the food court and only went to sleep as it was very...

"Hotel is being renovated"

"Good breakfast, good sized room and helpful staff"

"Great breakfast, friendly helpful staff. We also enjoyed an evening meal. We stayed in an executive room in old part of inn. Wonky wooden flooring and 'old' furniture in keeping with property. The very large, stylish bathroom is fine but finish is fading and shower head, hose and taps need replacing or descaling. Would stay here again."

"The property was advertised as being pet-friendly but on arrival they couldn’t accommodate our King Charles Cavalier so I had to travel home to Kent with my dog, leaving my daughter and partner at the hotel. I then had to travel back to the hotel early the next morning to collect my family."

"nice clean hotel nice staff good food"

"Perfect for a one-night stay. Staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and very clean. The shower was great and the bathroom was spotless. Best part was the included breakfast - lots of choice and good quality. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area!"

"Fabulous hotel, spotlessly clean in all areas, especially the breakfast area. All of the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a very good choice of hot items and everything was cooked perfectly! The rooms were extremely clean, modern and very comfortable. The hotel is next to a care home and Police Station and the overall area is quiet apart from the planes flying over the hotel every minute on their way to Heathrow, but you soon get used to this! It’s around 15 min easy walk to...

"Clean room , comfortable bed and all useful amenities in room"

"Shower wasnt working. Walls very thin."
