"The mattress just had a top sheet over it not a fitted sheet so when you slept the sheet would slide and showed how stain and dirty the mattress was. There was no hot water, the mini fridge was warm, maintenance never came. The rooms air conditioner didn’t cool so it stayed at about 78 degrees. Every day there was power outages. The tv didn’t have signal for channels."

"Staff was friendly and helpful, hotel in general was dusty to the point that we got allergies,"

"La limpieza, el desayuno no es atetitoso."

"No lo recomiendo el desayuno era deprimente"

"So to be fair your staying in a 500 year old building, the room is small but very cool. The property is beautiful, the history is wonderful, the staff was friendly and helpful. The only improvements I think could be made is a refrigerator in the room and more than a commercial hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, provide at least some basic soap and shampoo. Overall we had a great time here and will most likely come back."

"Basic no expensive hotel ,in a good condition ,close to restaurant and malecon, supportive staff,"
