"My opinion about the hotel and the people who work there is they are helpful to find a way to fix what was wrong or help you with an alternative. The Location of the hotel is really bad. The area around It is dirty, it looks insecure and there is not many options to do tour excursions, since almost every activity has a pick up in punta cana. The food of this hotel was extremely bad, the buffet was terrible. It was flies standing on the food. The food didn’t look really fresh, was almost the same...

"Honestamente este hotel ha bajado mucho de calidad.... en años anteriores ya nos habíamos hospedado aca, por ubicacion, precio y servicio, no era un 5 ** pero estaba bastante bien para una estadía rápida en la Cd., lamentablemente esta ocasión no fue lo mismo, ya las instalaciones requieren q las arreglen, los colchones estan muy viejos y no puedes descansar, teníamos una habitación para 3 pax y no dejaron toallas completas... en fin detalles que ya hacen la diferencia y realmente prefieres...

"The property was clean, and it had that colonial ambience. The room was a little too spartan for a hotel room. There was an advertised swimming pool., but I did not see any. Areas of the hotel are in need of maintenance. The breakfast was good, but limited. The area around the hotel is being renovated, but numerous interesting tourist spots are within 5 minutes walking distance. You cannot beat that price though."
