"Worst experience because of the poor communication from the people at the front desk. They send you to a restaurant next door promising a discount that never happens. The waitresses there lack manners, professionalism, and they even steal from you. I'm never coming back."

"We loved the location and the view, but the property needs an upgrade. The mattress in our was too soft so that I vouldn’t rest well in the first night andcwe asked it to be replaced. The yowels were really old and needed replacement too. we didn’t use any amenities such sauna and ofurô vecause it was extra charged. The staff was wonderful, but the place needs a good renovation. We loved the cat and the dog. There should be more variety of food during breakfast, ex yogurt, honey, cereals,...

"Imødekommende personale på alle måder. Velfungerende hotel med nem adgang og gode parkeringsforhold. "

"Rent rom. Greie senger og bad. Litt gammelt og noe slitt men ok. Flotte fasiliteter med basseng og spa. Grei frokost. Praktisk med parkering like utenfor rom. Imøtekommende personale."

"The staff were absolutely incredible and took great care of me. The Refugio is nicely located for skiing. The dinner was 5*. I love everything about this place and will definitely come back."

"Ambiente acolhedor. Funcionários atenciosos. Recomendo."

"Very nice 🙏"

"Bad rental. Prepare for undisclosed nuisance fees tacked on by absentee owner. Check-in by appointment, so you may be stranded if your flight is late. Unit is very rustic, with no wi-fi (reason there are no pictures). Location is OK, but def not ski-in/ski-out. "
