"I recently enjoyed staying at this "Bed and Breakfast" on the west side of Looe, conveniently located a few minutes walk to the bridge which links East and West Looe. The proprietor Annie is a great host: friendly, enthusiastic, kind and full of helpful suggestions. I asked to have an early breakfast and she accommodated my request; she provided a restaurant suggestion which turned out to be outstanding. The breakfast of this B and B was excellent. "I think that this may have been the first time that the caravan was used this year, both TVs were playing up. The maintenance guy was there within two minutes and solved the problem. The caravan was very clean and ready for occupation. All the staff, without exception were friendly and helpful. We were unfortunate with the weather, very cold winds from the north, but the heating system coped well. The only adverse comment I could make is about the current trend of the use of QR codes. "We had the King room on the 2nd floor. And whilst it didn't have a view, the room was really comfy with a small sofa, window seat and even a dressing table.
Breakfast was really tasty - great choice and friendly service."
"Very clean, welcoming. Loved the cottage, cosy lounge but could hear the neighbours quite easily. I am in my 70's and should have read about this place a little more carefully, it was very steep to get to with virtually no access by car. When we were inide the house, the stairs were very steep and very narrow tread.

We had everything we needed, however, the bedding, Quilt, pillows, and bed sheet were old and worn and a bit musty. The matress was fine but the whole apartment needed a good clean, due to this it lacked the personal touch and feeling of care."

We were cosy and had everything we needed. There is a spar shop about 8 minutes walk from the house so we were able to get our basic provisions.
We walked down to Looe once via the road and lots of steps which took about 15/20 minutes (obviously up hill on way back) our favourite route was via the coastal path again steps involved but a much easier route.
