"I cannot say enough good things about the 3 Luppars staff. When my son fell ill, they were extremely understanding and gracious, allowing us a late check out, being solicitous with cold drinks, and looking after our bags so we could explore a bit while we waited for a later train. They made what could have been an awful situation so very much better. Combine that with the outstanding location on the Grand Place, free parking from 1800-0900, and plentiful interesting dining options within a short walk, I highly recommend. "

"Very friendly staff. Comfortable bed. My family and I felt very safe and welcome at this hotel. Very close to Beaumont Hamel Memorial site and the other Trail of the Caribou sites as well. Great breakfast. We stayed two nights and ate dinner at the Beluga (hotel restaurant) one evening. Food was delicious as were drinks. Reasonable prices. Great staff. "
