"Staff were wonderful, but we had an executive room that was in a poor state of repair to the point that the fire safety information had to be reattached to the door. The list of defects were really high from holes in the carpet mismatched furniture door strip on the bathroom door coming off to name only a few. If this was an executive room the mind boggles what the standard room must be like."

"It is set in beautiful grounds, part of the Nottingham University campus and we found it to be very quiet, almost serene. There is an outdoor sitting area overlooking a lake. "Excellent location..close to train station and city centre. Room was smaller than expected for a family room but comfortable and clean. No view out of window so slightly disappointing. Breakfast had a good selection of cooked food but not very hot. Overall a good stay, would stay again. "

"The guy at the reception was amazing me and my friend love him he was njce to talk to and make some jokes with. The rooms were sightly cold especial that the bed by a window that isnt properly secured so you coukd feel cold wind, luckily there was warm air conditioning available. "

"Our stay in this Hotel was excellent. The room was big enough for the 2 if us. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The check in was easy and smooth. The food in the restaurant was also excellent and a good range to choose from. Overall this would be one of the better Hotels we have stayed in on our 5 week road trip around the UK."
