"You always know what you're going to get staying at an Ibis. The room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also in good order. General hot beverage station in the room and wardrobe space were adequate. The location is fairly good, just outside the train station, with a couple of amazing food trucks just outside for dinner options. You're a short walk or bus ride away from the main sights in the city."

The wi-fi was very good but very fiddly to connect to. We were charged to park there - this is just grasping. The single lift was glacially slow. The staff were all very helpful and pleasant apart from the woman on reception when we checked out - she was abrupt to the point of rudeness."

"Room was dated. Curtains off hooks, dirty marks on carpet and window ledges dirty/ dusty. Most disappointing was the condition of the bed. Both my husband and I are a small build and lightweight and could feel the springs in the mattress. Also the bed was like sleeping on a trampoline if either one of us moved. The heating in the bathroom was permanently on so we had to sleep with the window door open . The Roman blind was also difficult to put down so gave up. Staff at reception were...
