"Older hotel. Rooms were dated but clean. Best part was hot breakfast. Day one eggs, pancake sticks, sausage, fruits cereal, toast etc. second day same but added biscuit and gravy. The free breakfast is worth at least $6-8 per person. So think about that when booking. Staff super nice."

"Appreciated the clean room and breakfast. We didn't use the kitchen but it was nice to have just in case."

Esthetically pleasing architecture and decor. Disliked: A worker using a leaf blower for a long time, to clear about 10 leaves from the entire expanse of sidewalk on three sides of the hotel. "Should have free breakfast items."

"Pay for King didn't have it gave me a double Queen the room wasn't ready then had to put me in another room"

I highly recommend this property for anyone traveling to Ohio or just passing through to another destination."

We ended up not staying and tried contacting the host, but unfortunately were unsuccessful. However, we contacted Evolve and informed them of the situation. They were able to assist, and we received a refund within a few...

"Clean property, right outside of town. Great location. All bedrooms upstairs. Quiet area"

"We had a great stay! Close enough to Cleveland, but remote enough to have some peace and quiet, and explore Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Plenty of restaurants, coffee shops and things to do within a short drive. The home was well stocked and comfortable. Would highly recommend!"
