"Very big room, perfectly comfortable and bathroom was huge. Shower water pressure was excellent. Some peeling paint in the bedroom and noise insulation not as good as it could be - we could clearly hear the entertainment in one of the conference rooms underneath our room. "On a Solo walking holiday through Tenby and needed somewhere on the Coast Path that included Breakfast. Was booked in by a very helpful Lady who told me all i needed to know re my stay. Other reviews have mentioned the decor as being tired and whilst i agree to a certain extent given the size of the building any major upgrades would be un economical to carry out without pushing up prices. "One night stay. Great relaxing and quiet location easy parking within 50 metres. Very clean, spacious, light airy and well furnished room. Excellent quality breakfast delivered free to my room. Unbelievably great value for the money. I travel around the yk on a weekly basis, Bed and breakfast for this or substantialy more money do not come any better. Keep up the great work!! "

"When I arrived, there was no heating on in the room and it was quite chilly. I had a word with reception and it was soon resolved. Someone came to the rescue! Comfortable, quiet and pleasant all night. Very friendly and helpful at the Thomas Arms. I will be returning when on my regular visits to Llanelli. Thanks. "
