"Very dirty property, dirty tissues, crumbs and dirty bedding in the rooms, had to leave as we refused to stay there unfortunately"

"I loved this hotel! I booked in for one night and stayed for four! I had booked a single room but on checking in requested a room with a bathtub if possible. Not only did I get that, but they put me in a double room! Breakfast was excellent and the restaurant/bar was very nice and convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!"

Breakfast plentiful which was a buffet. help yourself self to hot food or a selection of cold food . Parking there's parking out front but its very limited ,there is a carpark in town behind weatherspoons which is payable."

"Brilliant hotel with great staff, an ideal location and a fantastic breakfast!"

"Our second visit to the Menai and it won’t be our last. The staff are so lovely, helpful and friendly that you feel so welcomed and comfortable. Breakfast was freshly cooked and prompt as you order your choices the night before for a specific timeslot the following morning. Yes, the place has creaky old floorboards and the decor is...

"Charming little hotel on the seaside promenade. Spacious rooms, a cosy "snug lounge" to read or have tea, coffee or other. Nice dining room, with a choice of free continental breakfast (which includes fresh baked croissants, cereal, toat, juice yogurt, and tea or coffee) or a full breakfast for a reasonable cost. The dining room is also open for lunch and dinner, and the food is very good. The staff is friendly and helpful, and as a solo traveler, i felt very comfortable."

"Horrible staff"

"Property was conveniently located. However some item needed repair although they could be used. Example: the shower leaked water which wasted water. The TV didn’t have a video signal although that may have need due to storms. Staff were very helpful and room was clean and neat."

"Lovely hotel, very friendly staff"

"Had a wonderful stay. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Location is perfect. Close to everything. Parking nice and easy on premise. Great breakfast at Erskine Arms down the road. Would recommend."

"Property was clean. Quite dated in places, but cosy. Cutlery and glasses in bar and restaurant often dirty"

"Room was amazing felt like we had the best view in Llandudno. Had everything you would need in the rooms. Very clean, Staff were also very lovely.
