"Didn't receive breakfast "

"Good size room in annexe building. Comfy bed. Self service breakfast was basic but ok. No restaurant but a number of options in treaddur bay. A basic hotel but OK for short stay."

The complimentary in room refreshments where also quite decent, The room itself was fairly modern the beds where comfortable too, we didn't try the food but the dining room and toilets downstairs where very modern and refined, if say the only downside was the actual in room toilets as they weren't as modern also no smart TV if your hoping for one of those."

"Rooms are tastefully decorated with beautiful on suite bathroom. Staff very good and breakfast freshly cooked and not from a hot plate. Plenty of takeaways nearby but we are in and it was excellent. Only thing I could say against the Valley was nobody on reception. Road noise was also loud but didn’t really bother us too much. All in all an excellent stay and will be using again as a stop over before catching the ferry to Dublin. Well done The Valley and staff."

"Lovely stay in Y Capel. Check in really easy and parking onsite was fine. Room was absolutely lovely with a really comfy king bed and great bathroom. Breakfast was in the Erskine Arms and was really tasty. A fair few options on the hot menu and a choice of fruit, yogurts and cereal. We also ate in the pub in the evening and was a really nice meal. One thing to note.... The church next door has a bell that chimes every 15 minutes as well as on the hour, all through the night. Our room...

"Generally okay. The bathroom has old fittings and the shower is broken. The fan in the bathroom is so noisy. Bed too hard and small and the chair needs a new fabric."

"The room was very clean and comfortable and had the most stunning views overlooking the sea and Llandudno. We had no problem at all with the hotel, staff and the breakfast was good too. What we did have a problem with, though, was lack of sleep due to our very noisy, inconsiderate and disrespectful next door neighbours. The TV was really loud til well after midnight. They were shouting and arguing with each other very loudly. This went on on and off until well after 4am. Really did put a...

"Welcoming staff, excellent location close to everything. Very comfortable bed and nice warm, clean room with beautiful sea view. "

"As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...
