"Staff were very friendly. The complimentary in room refreshments where also quite decent, The room itself was fairly modern the beds where comfortable too, we didn't try the food but the dining room and toilets downstairs where very modern and refined, if say the only downside was the actual in room toilets as they weren't as modern also no smart TV if your hoping for one of those."

"As I was using a crutch, getting in with luggage was difficult. Providing a ramp on half of the front steps would be a help. However, the lift inside was good and the bedroom accessible in spite of a step to the bathroom. The hotel manager was always around and extremely helpful. Does he ever go off duty!! My room card did not work on the front entrance when I came back after midnight. Luckily another person arrived and used their card. And my card still worked on my bedroom door - didn’t...

"The room was very clean and comfortable and had the most stunning views overlooking the sea and Llandudno. We had no problem at all with the hotel, staff and the breakfast was good too. What we did have a problem with, though, was lack of sleep due to our very noisy, inconsiderate and disrespectful next door neighbours. The TV was really loud til well after midnight. "It’s a good place to stay nice sea view room enjoyed our stay and the pool is nice The only thing I have to say that I accidentally left my iPhone charger in room and went back it wasn’t there it’s really not good if the cleaners are not honest enough to hand something in"

"After having a great stay here in 2019, we thought that we would visit again. The Dinorben is run by excellent hosts Veronica and Gary, and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts, evening meals and Sunday carvery were all excellent. The hotel has clean comfortable rooms, and is a great base for exploring the area, with some lovely walks and places of historical interest. We will definitely visit again."
