"The staff at the IBIS in Coleraine were great - very friendly and helpful. However, my room had a distinct smell of smoke, as if a previous occupant had been a smoker - Not good! Also, no safe in the room! Also, maybe you need to review your policy towards young children in the bar area. say after 9pm, as there were some evenings where the bar sounded more like a kids playground than a bar! Food was good, particularly the roasts of the day."

Bed was very uncomfortable. It’s handy that it’s do close to the Giants Causeway but we feel like we paid too much for what we got."

"Hotel is clean and has an onsite bar and onsite restaurant. Convenient to everything in town, just a few feet away. No view of the waterfront next door. if you just need a place close to the beach, this is acceptable, but NOT in hot weather. Hotel has no Air Cond. Room window was tiny, so even though it's 15 outside, it is unbearably hot at midnite in the room. Room also faced the main street, so lots of noise all night long - request a room not in the front of the hotel. Hotel staff leaves...

"Lovely little place to spend a night or two. We had a family room and were expecting one room with two beds but, wonderfully, it was a two room set up with a bathroom in between. Our children had their own room and slept so soundly. Very quiet even when fully booked. Everything was very clean and tidy though the carpeting looked like it had seen better days from age and traffic. Very well situated in the middle of town. We found free parking with a few rides around the block. Would absolutely...
