"Great location next to main train station with great connections to other city’s and local trams to other parts of the city
Room was great comfy and all the required facilities
Great staff and service"
"Upon arrival, was given a cold iced tea which was delicious. All front staff were delightful, and very helpful. In perfect English as well. Room was clean, and couldn't have asked for a better location with a stunning view of the river. ♥️"
"The hotel was clean and booked two rooms, one of which was small in size and the other was excellent. The rooms are clean, the staff is good, the hotel is good, there is no parking, and it can be described in a parking garage behind the hotel,"
"Everything was adequate for a stay near the train station. There was an issue with their computers that didn't allow them to program the room key, so the front desk would have to run up and open our door each time, which he did quite quickly. Room was a decent size and the air conditioning worked which was great for the hot day that we stayed there. Super close to the train station (5 minutes walk), we were able to catch our train easily."
"Good location in the pedestrian only area of Heidleberg, the hotel is located about a 1/2 block from the P6 city parking garage and a short walk with luggage. Rooms are clean and large. Our room overlooked the walking street below and was nice to look out at the street from the room."
"No ac in any of the rooms (like most other hotels) but we were under the impression that the room we booked would have ac- and it was during the heat wave"
