"We don't book the Howard Johnson Plaza Hotel much when we visit the Niagara Region given the fact that each room we have always booked only has (1) chair. That is very inconvenient when you are with another person. That means that one will sit on the chair and one sits on the bed. How uncomfortable is that! "I want to first applaud management and the staff for making my stay as comfortable as it could be. The staff were very nice, friendly and accommodating. The only issue I had was the smell of the carpet possibly due to it being old and the fact that the microwave is shared amongst guests. I think if the hotel is renovated the chances of guests revisiting would improve"
