Pudimos ir caminando a las atracciones de Jane Austin e incluso el hotel queda justo al lado del tren y las buses. Es económico. Entiendo que fue la mejor opción de todo mi viaje."

"Hotel & Room was great and breakfast too but was disappointed that the restaurant was not open Sunday Night we were not told about this until later so had to drive around looking for somewhere to eat!!
Couldn’t find anywhere that was open so came back and had to have pizza from the Hotel !! It was nice but expected the restaurant to be open!!"
"Our room was very clean, staff and reception staff were so friendly, helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had a dog and they were so helpful and friendly to our dog. Breakfast was delicious. Lovely hot or cold buffet. Fantastic evening meal, great choice of menu. Couldn't fault it. All staff were amazing."

Completely clean & good quality linen.
Really quiet, despite road location.
Copious tea & coffee supplies too, no rushing to get another tea bag if it split with the silly string thing.
Double bed was soft but supportive, the pillows the same.
The extra single was an actual bed & not a roll away/sofa bed which removed any moaning from the mini one. Moaning also reduced with having an actual bath, not just a shower. Small wins which made our stay really...
"Check in and check out were simple and the staff were friendly. Possibly the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever stayed in - the pillows especially as they were rock hard. The room was quite hot but the staff were happy to provide us a sheet to use instead of the duvet (there was a fan but it was quite noisy so we didn’t use it). The curtains were great at blocking out the light. It would have been nice to have some non-dairy milk with the tea and coffee facilities in the room, as we did request it...

And there is no staff to help moving baggage upstairs using the staircase.
Food in the bar is good. But rug in the hallway is dangerous to precipitate a fall."
