"Room was very small and bathroom was right beside bed with only a sliding door that did not close properly. Hallway to room was full of stains and room was not very clean (left over garbage under the bed and carpet was old and dingy). Breakfast was great and so were the staff. Free access to coffee and latte machine at all times if you added the breakfast option (15 Euros per person per day). Location is close to lake and a few restaurants but a long walk to the main old town area. Free parking."

"A fun place to stay. Modern and bright. Room was comfortable with decent space and nice view. Nice location about 10 mins walk from train station and 10+ to the beautiful city center of Annecy. Excellent front desk and housekeeping service."
