"L'hotel merita 5 stelle per la posizione, vicina alle mura e in una via molto carina piena di ristoranti e un mercatino locale. La struttura pero' non e' un tre stelle (almeno per gli standard italiani) perche' non offre servizi da giustificare cio'. "The hotel is well located a few steps from the Carcasonne fortress. We appreciate the air conditioning, comfortable bed and view of the fortress. The bathroom is snug but functional. Breakfast has a good variety of options. The eating area is tight and of course has a lot of people moving around getting drinks and food so I recommend sitting against the back wall so you don’t have a lot of traffic while enjoying your morning coffee. "Chambre annulée sur place alors que payée. Très mauvais accueil. Surbooking pour atterrir à 2kms… un Mercure… attention de ne pas confondre Surbooking et Dol. Une fois arrivé au Mercure 4*… Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, plus de place sur le parking à 20:30, pas de gel douche dans la SDB… pour un surclassement en 4 étoiles… c’est limite… très limite. Il faudrait penser à se poser les bonnes questions. Personnellement je ne me les pose plus concernant ces deux établissements ; a fuir, next....
