"Had a great stay really couldnt fault it, a few things that would of been nice to haves but not essential:
English non flavoured tea bags and milk
Kettle in the room
More storage in the rooms
These would absolutely not atop me staying again, location was great glad i picked this hotel vs a couple of others i looked at, being just a street outside of the centre it was quiet but a couple min walks to busy areas"
"Excellent hotel apartment with separate living room / kitchen. Very well maintained. Reception were great as we arrived close to closing time, but they stayed on to get us parked and provided a map with recommended walking route to the old city.
Convenient location with a 15 minute walk to the castle / cathedral."
"I arrived to hotel and there was nobody at reception. I waited 2 hours outside and I missed a group activity I had paid for. A person came to help after 2 hours."
"Tiny room, no air con and unhelpful EV charging policy so you cannot charge overnight without penalty. Would not choose to stay here again. That said, location was good and breakfast was well organised."
"The hotel is well maintained and comfortable. The staff were helpful. The train station is within walking distance for us. The location is favorable."
"Nice hotel very centrally located on a quiet side street. Facility was modern with updated fixtures and lighting. Corridors carpet was strangely very stained and dirty, few dust bunnies in room. Room Floor was vinyl plank, not carpet.
Staff not super interested in being helpful. Parking a bit hard to navigate to and cramped but adequate."
"Nice stay, I booked a standard room so it didn’t have a luxury feel. I got what I paid for. It didn’t have coffee maker (no lid for the water compartment) and a tea kettle which were great. A few comments, the A/C never really cooled the room despite it being on 18C. They did check on it and got it to blow some cold air but it just took the edge off. Being Europe and a heatwave are also part of it.
Location was great for easy access to everything."
"2 nachtjes met de kids geboekt. Een leuke verblijf gehad. Gebruikt gemaakt van het zwembad en de spelletjes hoek. Medewerkers zijn zeer attent en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was goed. Kamers zijn ruim en comfortabel, alleen het geluid van de boiler? was storend in de avond. Genoeg winkelcentrum en restaurants in de buurt, dichtbij de snelweg en Lille centre is op 20-30 min rijden."
