"The property itself is stunning,its oldy meets new loved it so beautiful,staff are amazing,especially the young girl who took our dinner order,she was so polite and lovely,I didn't get her name. Morning breakfast full breaky not a fan,should have stuck to the scrambled egg which hubby had and really enjoyed,the young lad Josh was so nice very friendly and funny.😁would definitely recommend this beautiful castle(hotel)to anyone whose thinking of booking."

"Overall clean, comfortable and great location. Wasn’t advised before arrival that evening meals are no longer served however you can dine at the sister hotel with a 10% discount. Also after standing in a queue at reception (for a drink from the bar) for around 10mins getting to the front and told by the receptionist that she couldn’t serve me, she was the only one working and had to see to those checking in first and asked me to come back later!!!!!!"

"The hotel is a beautiful historic building in the centre of Stirling, once an infirmary, bank and library, and the exterior still has that charm. The location is excellent, with Stirling Castle and the Old Town Jail a short walk uphill, and plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Parking is limited at the front but we paid £18 for 48 hours, and there’s extra parking behind the hotel. "The location of the hotel is perfect. If you’re looking for grand old style than this hotel is for you. The staff were so nice and helpful. Particularly those working in the Bar. They couldn’t do enough to help us. The food in the bar was absolutely delicious and the breakfast in the morning and plenty of choice.
