"We usually choose this hotel when we visit the area because it is located near UTD. I love that is has a garage to park in, with easy access to every floor. We don't usually eat the breakfast, but it's available. We do, however, take advantage of the coffee and soft drink area downstairs quite often! The front desk usually very helpful and professional. "Our room was comfortable, the beds were great! It was close to the park we needed to be at. The swimming pools were freezing, the indoor pool felt like ice. There’s no excuse to not provide daily housekeeping unless you just want to become a second-rate hotel. The front desk employee was very nice and gladly gave us extra towels due to the lack of housekeeping services. "
