"Our experience was outstanding. We were especially pleased with the room upgrade. It was much bigger than expected and extra special being at the end with the two windows we could open to see and hear the lively and fun activity on the street and restaurant below. We loved the 'old' feel of the entire hotel and the room itself. The front desk staff was great - very cordial and helpful in many ways. The connection with the restaurant was great and the waiters, food, and outdoor environment...

"The location is good however the hotel is not representative of the photos on Expedia. The hotel is a dump. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling and we had water dripping from our ceiling. The hotel did not charge our room and would not reimburse us for future nights to switch hotels. On Saturday we were told the hotel manager was unavailable until Monday however we never heard back from him!"
